Viña Ventisquero Vértice 2020 is a premium red from Chile’s Casablanca Valley, blending Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. On the nose, it shows blackcurrant, plum, and subtle spice with hints of wet earth. The palate is structured and vibrant, featuring blackberry, dark cherry, and a touch of black pepper, lifted by firm acidity and smooth tannins. Matured with moderate oak, it adds layers of tobacco and dark chocolate without overpowering the fruit. Best paired with grilled meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses—balanced, elegant, and richly expressive.
