Winetrust is operated by One Plus One Wine Pty Ltd (ABN 50 078 643 786) ("Winetrust", "we", "us", "our").

Winetrust is committed to the responsible service of alcohol and compliance with all applicable liquor licensing legislation across Australia.

1. Legal Drinking Age

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from Winetrust.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are legally permitted to purchase alcohol
  • Alcohol is for personal consumption or lawful gifting — not for minors

We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service if age verification fails.

2. Age Verification on Delivery

All deliveries require an adult signature (18+).

Carriers may request valid photo ID, including:

  • Australian driver's licence
  • Passport
  • Proof of age card

If valid ID is not provided, delivery will be refused.

We and our partners may record delivery details for verification purposes.

3. Intoxication

We will refuse service where we reasonably believe a person is intoxicated or supply may contribute to intoxication.

4. Secondary Supply

Supplying alcohol to a minor is illegal. We will refuse service where we suspect secondary supply.

5. Self-Exclusion

You may request self-exclusion by contacting support@winetrust.com.

We will:

  • Suspend your account
  • Remove marketing communications
  • Decline future orders

7. Liquor Licensing — State & Territory Notices

New South Wales | Liquor Act 2007: It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

Victoria | Liquor Control Reform Act 1998: WARNING — It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under 18 (Penalty exceeds $23,000) or for a minor to purchase liquor (Penalty exceeds $900).

Queensland | Liquor Act 1992: It is an offence to supply liquor to a person under 18.

South Australia | Liquor Licensing Act 1997: Liquor must not be supplied to persons under 18.

Western Australia | Liquor Control Act 1988: It is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a minor, or for a minor to attempt to purchase liquor.

Tasmania | Liquor Licensing Act 1990: It is an offence to deliver liquor to a person under 18 or for a minor to purchase liquor.

Australian Capital Territory | Liquor Act 2010: It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under 18.

Northern Territory | Liquor Act 2019: It is an offence to sell, supply, or serve alcohol to a person under 18. Minimum unit pricing applies.
