Winetrust is operated by One Plus One Wine Pty Ltd (ABN 50 078 643 786) ("Winetrust", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Winetrust website and services.

By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.


1. Eligibility & Legal Drinking Age

You must be 18 years or older to access this website or purchase alcohol.

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase alcohol
  • Products are for personal consumption or lawful gifting

We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service if age verification fails.


2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may:

  • Limit quantities
  • Withdraw products at any time
  • Substitute vintages where disclosed

Product descriptions are provided in good faith. Variations in vintage, packaging, or taste do not constitute defects.


3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD
  • Prices include GST where applicable
  • Shipping fees are shown at checkout

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if required.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.


4. Orders & Acceptance

An order is not accepted until:

  • Payment is successfully processed, and
  • An order confirmation email is issued

We may cancel orders where fraud, misuse, or risk is suspected.


5. Shipping & Delivery

You acknowledge that:

  • An adult (18+) must be present for delivery
  • ID may be required
  • Delivery delays may occur outside our control

6. Resale Prohibition

Products are for personal use only and must not be resold.

We may:

  • Cancel orders
  • Suspend accounts
  • Decline future orders

7. Purchase Limits

We may enforce purchase limits per customer, product, or period.

Orders exceeding limits may be adjusted or cancelled.


8. Returns, Refunds & Faults

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, except where required by law.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Notify us within 48 hours with evidence.

Remedies are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

9. Aged, Back-Vintage & Cellared Wines

Aged wines are sold as-is and are not guaranteed.

  • Natural variation is expected
  • Taste differences are not faults
  • Tasting notes are guides only

10. Minor Packaging & Label Damage

Minor cosmetic damage does not qualify for refunds.

  • Label wear
  • Packaging dents
  • Capsule variation
  • Dust or residue

11. Subscriptions, Loyalty & Promotions

Benefits may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

  • No cash value
  • Non-transferable
  • Misuse may result in termination

12. Responsible Service & Consumption

We promote responsible alcohol consumption and may refuse service where necessary.

13. Fraud & Risk Assessment

We may verify orders and identify fraud risks.

  • Cancel orders
  • Suspend accounts
  • Report suspicious activity

14. Self-Exclusion

You may request self-exclusion via support@winetrust.com.

We will:

  • Suspend your account
  • Remove marketing
  • Block future orders

15. Delivery Records

We may record delivery details including:

  • Photos (proof of delivery)
  • ID verification details

You may not reproduce or use content without permission.


17. User Conduct

You must not:

  • Use the site unlawfully
  • Interfere with functionality
  • Attempt fraud or abuse

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • No liability for indirect loss
  • Liability limited to order value

Consumer Law rights are not affected.


19. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Winetrust against claims arising from misuse or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.


22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Applicable liquor licensing laws prevail where conflicts arise.
