Every wine is scored out of 100 under the Winetrust Scoring System: Flavour 50 (nose 15, palate 25, finish 10), Structure 25, Balance & Harmony 15, Presentation 10. Totals are computed, never hand-entered.
Two bottles minimum, tasted on separate occasions by a named reviewer, unblind — and disclosed. Gifted samples are declared. Price never touches the score — value is rated separately. Nothing below 87 is listed, and key wines are re-tasted at twelve months with their score history preserved.

Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Timeframes (Australia)
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on postcode and order size.
We optimise carton configuration (3, 6 or 12 bottle packs) to keep freight efficient.
Authority to Leave
Wine shipments require a signature upon delivery. If unattended, a card will be left with collection instructions.
Age Requirement
By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 years or older. Proof of age may be required on delivery.
Breakages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve promptly.
