The palate is medium-bodied and beautifully balanced: bright red fruit carries through with clarity, framed by fine, tightly woven tannins and a fresh mineral line that keeps everything focused. Oak sits in the background, adding shape rather than flavour.
The wine finishes long, clean and energetic, showing the signature finesse of the Aux Boulardes site — ripe but not sweet, structured but not heavy. A standout Côte de Nuits-Villages release with genuine refinement and drinkability over the next 5–8 years.
