A finely sculpted vintage Blanc de Blancs showing clarity, tension and deep Chardonnay definition. The nose is lifted and precise: white flowers, lemon zest, green apple, chalk dust and subtle brioche, all delivered with Pol Roger’s trademark restraint. The palate is immaculate — pure citrus and orchard fruit wrapped in a cool mineral line, layered with fine mousse and understated pastry notes from long lees ageing.
Structure is tight and linear, driven by vibrant acidity and crystalline detail. The finish is long, saline and refined, carrying citrus peel, chalk and a touch of almond. A superbly balanced 2015 release: elegant now, with the architecture to evolve beautifully over the next decade.
