Aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry are layered with hints of rose petal, dried herbs, and a subtle touch of spice. The palate is light to medium-bodied, with soft tannins and vivid acidity driving a silky flow of red fruit and forest floor complexity. A gentle oak influence adds roundness without overshadowing the fruit. Easy to enjoy young but with enough detail to satisfy purists, it’s a great match for duck, grilled salmon, or mushroom risotto. Pure, elegant, and full of energy.
