These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Winetrust website and services, including the purchase of products through our online store.
By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Legal Drinking Age
You must be 18 years or older to access this website or purchase alcohol from Winetrust.
By using our website, you confirm that:
● You are legally permitted to purchase alcohol in your jurisdiction
● Any alcohol purchased is for personal consumption or lawful gifting
We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service if age verification fails.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We may:

● Substitute vintages where explicitly disclosed
Product descriptions are provided in good faith. Variations in vintage, packaging, label design, or taste are inherent to wine and do not constitute defects.
3. Pricing & Payment
● All prices are listed in AUD, unless stated otherwise
● Prices include GST where applicable
● Shipping fees are displayed at checkout
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error is identified after purchase, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
4. Orders & Acceptance
An order is not accepted until:
● Payment has been successfully processed, and
● You receive an order confirmation email
We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, resale activity, misuse, or regulatory risk.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Alcohol deliveries must comply with applicable laws.
You acknowledge that:
● A person aged 18 years or older must be present to receive delivery
● Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, or regulatory checks are outside our control
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds & Faults
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of alcohol products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted, except where required by law.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product is faulty, corked, or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide reasonable evidence where requested.
Remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
7. Subscriptions, Loyalty & Promotions
Winetrust may offer subscriptions, loyalty programs, credits, or promotions.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
● Benefits may be modified or withdrawn at any time
● Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
● Misuse may result in suspension or termination without compensation
8. Responsible Service & Consumption
Winetrust promotes responsible consumption of alcohol.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts where misuse, abuse, or regulatory risk is identified.
