A crisp, focused expression from Victoria’s cool-climate Mornington Peninsula. The 2024 Onannon Chardonnay opens with aromas of white nectarine, lemon curd, and flint, underpinned by subtle cashew and struck match. The palate is taut and finely structured, with bright citrus, green apple, and saline notes wrapped in well-integrated oak. There’s drive and linearity throughout, finishing long with a chalky edge and lingering grapefruit zest. A modern, mineral-driven Chardonnay with finesse and restraint—ideal alongside grilled seafood, roast chicken, or creamy pastas. Sophisticated without excess.
